Raven Bonniwell, PCC
Program Leader in Training
Raven Bonniwell, PCC
Program Leader in TrainingYou’re filled with passion for a cause you believe in. You can feel it in your soul. It brings you joy, anger, elation, and tears all at once. You know that this is your calling. You realize that you are the change you want to see in the world.
You’ve got the job. You can feel the tingling in your whole body – this is it. You’re in a position that you can make a difference. All of your biggest ideas are swirling in your head ready to come to life.
And that’s when it happens.
You realize that there are a thousand other things that you have to do that are in the way of you making the difference you want. Red tape. Lack of funding. Lack of resources. Burnout. Overwhelm. Underwhelm.
It feels like you’re running on a treadmill – your goal is always just a little bit out of your reach and you’re getting tired.
You worry that you’re becoming disillusioned with the idea that you could actually change the world.
Enter me: your Leadership Coach.
I’m here to help you reclaim your passion and empower it. I’ve never been one for already established rules, so I help you make new rules that work for you and get you what you want.
Leadership is owning your whole experience of life, so I coach the whole person – not just the job. Everything I do makes up the leader that I am – I’m a coach, an Artistic Director of a theatre company, a mom, a wife, an actor, and a person who believes in humanity. While there are still days where I relate to my to-do list as a burden, I remind myself that I absolutely love my big life and I can create the space for anything that is important to me.
When I became a coach, I did it to help change the world. I wanted to make a difference in all of the areas that were important to me.
I want to change the way we value art in this country, making arts organizations more equitable, diverse, inclusive, and humane work environments.
I want to empower leaders to take risks and embrace mistakes, creating a world filled with grace, humility, and collab

Katherine Folk-Sullivan, PCC
Program Leader in TrainingI work with creative people to help them build the career of their dreams.
For Artists
The passion and vulnerability that are essential for creation can sometimes seem at odds with the economic realities of working as a professional artist. I believe that your vulnerability and creativity are actually essential to your professional success. Together, we can get the negative stories (the stage fright, the writer’s block) out of your way and move you into creative action and professional success.
For Creative Professionals
Are you in the wrong field? Do you have a secret ambition that you haven’t even articulated yet? Do you suspect that you have untapped creative depths? I can help you to identify what you actually want, and to take the leap to make it happen. Let’s unlock your creativity, and get the self-doubt out of the way.
I worked for many years as a professional actor in New York City. I bring the creativity and vulnerability I practiced as an artist to my coaching. My coaching style is compassionate, focused, and honest. I live in Brooklyn with my husband, surrounded by an amazing community of artists and coaches.
