I hereby agree to payment of this deposit of $1300 CAD (thirteen hundred Canadian dollars) to confirm my registration for the above noted program and understand that in this payment there is a non-refundable application fee of $250 CAD. I further agree that this online confirmation will be considered binding for all legal purposes.

Accomplishment Coaching's Coaches’ Training Program is approved by the Private Training Institutions Branch of the Province of BC. I understand that the Power Tools for Living Workshop is a separate offering which does not require approval under the Private Training Act and participants are not eligible to file a claim with the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) or Tuition Fund in respect of this offering.
