Choose the Learning Format that Works for You
Regardless of which format you choose, you’ll receive the same level of high quality training over the course of 12 months. You’ll have access to a total of 212 hours of participant contact learning, which includes 168 hours of student contact learning and 44 hours of weekly one-on-one coaching to help you hone your coaching skills and produce results in your goal areas. All sessions are a small group format and include didactic learning, experiential exercises, practice coaching, coaching demonstrations, and participant coaching.
Choose from:
- Blended Learning – Get the interpersonal benefits of face-to-face training with the convenience and flexibility of online training – you’ll meet virtually for 8 weekends, with only 4 weekends requiring in-person attendance
- In-Person – Develop rich interpersonal relationships in-person with like-minded people who will support you to succeed in your coaching business – you’ll meet in-person one weekend per month over the course of the year
- Virtual – Get world-class accredited coach training wherever you are with our flexible and convenient, interactive virtual training option – you’ll meet via Zoom one weekend per month over the course of the year (a midweek option is also available)
