Christopher McAuliffe is the CEO and founder of Accomplishment Coaching and holds the Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation. A professional coach since 1996, Christopher has produced unprecedented breakthrough results with a wide spectrum of clients across the country. Christopher has a passionate commitment to the development of coaching as an honorable and honored profession.
Jodi Jan Larson is known for her humble and egoless leadership that leaves deep and wide impact. She is an extraordinary Coach and Trainer with vast experience in the development and implementation of training curriculum. Her work has been foundational in generating the profession of Coaching as we know it today. Jodi has been coaching and training coaches and other leaders for over 19 years.
Mark Hunter is the Founder and President of Pinnacle Coaching, Inc., an international business and executive coaching company, and has more than nineteen years of experience as a professional coach. As Chief Development Officer for Accomplishment Coaching International, he is responsible for Corporate Partnerships and the development of innovative delivery methods for coach training.
Christine Sachs is a Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation-credentialed) and Accomplishment Coaching-certified leadership coach. Her client roster consists of executives and senior managers in a diverse range of organizations from multi-national corporates to series B tech start-ups.
Kerry Zurier is an extraordinary coach, trainer and leader. She has vast experience in leadership, management, and business development, and has worked with thousands of individuals, groups, and businesses globally with an emphasis on the Pacific Rim. In addition to being a credentialed Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, Kerry is currently a Senior Leader in San Diego and New York.
Michelle Akin comes from the world of YouTube fame, video production, and improv comedy in New York City, but found her true voice through the process of becoming a professional coach. Breaking the company record for number of paid clients attained in the first month of training, she quickly earned her ACC and later PCC credential and moved up in leadership with Accomplishment Coaching at a fast pace.
Jolynne Anderson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with over ten years of coaching expertise and is a Leader with Accomplishment Coaching’s Coaches Training Program. Jolynne has over 10,000 hours of coaching experience and has coached clients to success around the world and within fortune 500 companies.
Laura Fink is a Professional Certified Coach in individual, corporate, and group training capacities. She is a wife, a mother of two children, and an avid seeker of all things related to personal and spiritual growth. She specializes in working with high performers and perfectionist individuals in order to break free from the inner dialogue that drives them,
Sarah Olin, PCC, has a background in Communications and Women’s Studies. While living in NYC, she began Relax Already, a company dedicated to helping people work better and feel better in the corporate environment through the tools of yoga and meditation. This work led Sarah to the coaching field, an opportunity to connect and support her clients in having fulfilling lives – both personally and professionally.
Laura Westman, PCC, ACCC is a Professional Certified Coach who has coached and mentored across the United States and Asia since 2012. Laura’s lifelong appreciation of the arts brings a fresh, creative energy to ontological coaching and training. Laura is deeply committed to the lifelong success of AC’s coaches and serves as the Chief Affiliate Officer at Accomplishment Coaching.
Denise Yamada, PCC has been a professional coach since 2002. Denise is a former broadcast journalist who earned 7 Emmy® Awards on both a local and national level. She now brings to her coaching and training the same level of professionalism and integrity she brought as a television journalist—and she delivers them with unyielding love and commitment.
Leaders In Training
Leaders in Training are graduates of our Coaches Training Program and are participants in our Advanced Leadership and Mentoring Program. This program has a proven track record in producing successful coaches and leaders. To attain the sought after position of Leader In Training at Accomplishment Coaching, coaches must demonstrate an advanced proficiency in their coaching skill as evaluated according to the ICF’s Core Competencies, as well as the ability to develop and maintain a successful coaching practice. These hard-working and committed individuals receive a level of mentoring, leadership training and development that is unparalleled in the industry.
Robert Conlin, PCC
