At Accomplishment Coaching International, we understand that the selection and coordination of corporate coaching programs can be cumbersome. Accomplishment Coaching International has streamlined this process and can deliver hundreds of highly trained and vetted coaches across a large international geographical area (including but not limited to: the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe), who are contracted and invoiced as a group through our home office, and centrally managed and evaluated regularly during the coaching engagement, allowing for one point of contact for the client.
We do not believe that organizational coaching programs are one-size-fits-all. Coaching may or not be appropriate for your organization or for your specific needs. “The value I got from this program, I can’t even begin to express. It was life changing. When I started in the program, I thought it was more about just reading the books and training. But then when I got into the program, I discovered that I had to work on myself in order to project the same person I want my clients to know. “The program was meant for us as professional development, so moving into a new role this coaching would help us to better fulfill the role. So in the beginning I had expectations which were mostly on a professional level. And now looking back to the past months, I must say I learned a lot of skills professionally, but overall, it was really a huge and immense value in personal growth. During the months I was doing the coaching I had some personal issues with family – the loss of a really dear family member. I really managed to go through this time, to navigate through these really stormy waters, because of the coaching experience, the skills I gained through it, the self reflection I was encouraged to go through.
