FIND A COACH : Sarah Schneider
Seattle, WA, United States
In her corporate days, Sarah led the implementation of IT applications and company-wide change, worked with executives to reorganize people, teams, and systems, facilitated group discussions to understand pain points, motivators, and path forward, partnered with managers and employees to build employee development programs, and lead teams that she helped define and build.
Sarah's acute insight and ability to hear what people mean (vs.say) allows her to engage people in powerful conversations. Direct, humor, and heart are just a few of the qualities Sarah brings to the room. She is committed to being an objective, judgment-free, powerhouse stand for what you want to create.
In addition to two business degrees, Sarah completed a year long accredited ICF coach training program and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Sarah feels that taking the time to integrate the coaching profession's standards, tools and skills into her real world knowledge and abilities, results in a more unified experience for the client.

A Less Formal About
I was born in a small town in NE Pennsylvania and have lived in a variety of cities including St. Louis, San Diego, and most recently, Seattle. In my downtime I enjoy movies, being a tourist in my own city, traveling, time with friends and family, and in total moments of honesty, organizing office supplies. A few fun facts include:
My favorite kitchen tool is a pizza cutter. I am always on the look out for more ways to use it.
As a kid I participated in an equestrian sport called Team Penning.
Figuring out my passion and own vision was a long journey and there is no greater feeling for me than when I get to support others in discovering and living theirs.
When I really get to laughing it can be heard for what I suspect is miles.
Love and Laughter,
"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."
