Kathy Fleming successfully completed her MCC with the ICF, and holds a Master’s degree in English/Humanities and Applied Behavioral Science. She is also a Master Certified NLP Practitioner. Kathy has provided professional coaching to clients across the United States and within multiple organizations including the State of Washington, San Diego County, Hewlett Packard and The Fontaine Group. Kathy, creates workshops on team building, and provides coaching for teams and the individuals on those teams. Kathy also trains others to be executive and life coaches in the Accomplishment Coaching Coaches’ Training Program in San Diego and Seattle. |

Tali holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Arizona.
