Accomplishment Coaching is one of only 41 programs worldwide that has achieved the prestigious designation of Accredited Coach Training Program. International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited programs are continuously reviewed to demonstrate their commitment to the highest standards. They are evaluated for excellence in curricula, core competencies, faculty, structure, proficiency, and ethics to support the highest quality in the training of coaches. In Accomplishment Coaching's ICF accredited program, you are fulfilling many of the requirements for ICF's Professional Certified coach credential. As an example, there is no need to sit for additional ICF Exams, once you graduate from our program.

In fact, so powerful is the leadership component that about 10 percent of all CTP registrants are people who register not because they want to train to be an executive coach or a life coach, but to advance their leadership skills development. INTEGRITY

Integrity and ethics have never been more important to the corporate or organizational leader. Anyone training to be an executive coach these days will demand ethics-based leadership training. The CTP provides an ethical framework for leadership as well as coaching based in integrity.

LOGISTICS

Details about the Coaches Training Program:

• You will get your own coach! Each week, you will work one-on-one with your own personal coach, producing results in your own life projects. Each of our trainer coaches has met our high standards for success and for being a mentor coach.
• There is a Weekend Training Intensive every month. These trainings are in person, one weekend per month, in the city for which you are registered.
• Personalized attention – Your personal coach will be with you at every Weekend Training Intensive, observing and contributing to your personal leadership skills training and development.
• You will get the coaching tools you need, no matter what your target! We have developed more than 260 leadership and life skills coach training tools to make sure that you are able to work with any client, any time, on any project they choose!
• Time: The Coaches Training Program is a one-year program. Weekend Training Intensives meet in person for approximately 16 hours per month, each month for 12 months. In addition, you will meet with your coach for approximately one hour per week, four times each month for 12 months. In addition you will have assigned actions and practices to work on between the monthly and weekly meetings.
• LOCATIONS: Our programs are offered in cities throughout the United States. Currently, we offer the CTP in New York City, San Diego, Chicago and Seattle. For exact locations and dates, please view our Events page.

WHAT MAKES AC's PROGRAM THE FINEST?

• In-person coaching and training means that every aspect of you—your approach, your methods, your presentation and your being—is taken into account.
• Your personal coach will work with you each week to create breakthroughs in your life using the life skills coach training, tools and distinctions that you are being trained to use with your clients.
• Our approach is being-based and results oriented. Your clients want results, and your program is based in projects and breakthrough results. These results are sustainable over time because you have trained to shift not only what they (and you, in your life and projects) are doing, but also to shift who they (and you) are being, as they are taking the actions.
• We offer ethics-based leadership skills training and development, along with life skills coach training.
• Our program provides tools you can use with any type of client, project and approach. You will receive training to be an executive coach, life coach or internal or external organizational coach.
• You will also receive business support tools and training for your coaching business:
  • Guest speakers will train you in every area of your business structure and your business development.
  • You will have marketing materials and instruction available for use.
  • We will provide all necessary business forms, contracts and information management structures as part of your training.
  • We will train you in multiple methods and approaches to filling your practice. Most other training programs simply offer one method.
• You will engage in field trips for your development in real-world situations.
• We will invite and work with non-participants in coaching practice and demonstrations. You will practice using your tools with real people on real life issues!
• Credentialing: This program provides more than the required number of hours for every aspect of certification through the International Coach Federation.
