Melissa lived and worked in the French wine industry for ten years. Cultural crossovers are of particular interest. She has been in the nonprofit sector in the USA for the last three years working to help transform relationships with a focus on couples, parent-teen relationships and youth.
Her personal breakthroughs include multiplying household income by four in less than six months and breaking through the fears of serious back injury into training for cycling competition.
