How do I know that coaching works? Here's what coaching has done for me personally:

I've gone from being an overweight couch potato who couldn't walk up a flight of stairs to an athlete who works out every day and lost 60 lbs. in six months. I weigh less than when I graduated college and if I had any of my high school clothes they'd be several sizes too big.

My relationship with my family is far more fulfilling than it's ever been.

I've gone from divorced, heartbroken, unreliable and unwilling to even consider commitment to being in a deeply committed, trust, honesty and unconditional love based relationship, engaged to my high school sweetheart, being a father to her two children.
