As Dean listens, your dreams, goals, ideas, and commitments will be heard as never before. With insights and questions, Dean gives back to you what he hears, allowing you to get clarity. Then together with Dean you'll plan your way forward and get into action to achieve your dreams!

With regular coaching sessions, Dean serves to hold you accountable to what you say, to hold you on the course you want towards the goal, the dream you will achieve.

And, nothing is ever wrong. If you get off course, together you look at why, and you get to say: back on course, or time for a new course! It's Your life and Your dreams! Support it with Dean as your life coach!

Dean is the father of three amazing young ladies. He lives his own definition of parenthood in partnership with his young people, living and growing with them, and learning from them while they learn their way too.

Dean's 24 plus year career in technology has always had him working in deep connection with people, bridging worlds such as business and technology, managers and team members, theory and practical application.

Dean is at heart a translator who hears what people have in common, even when they don't. Two of his favorite worlds to connect through translation are: the relationships between youth and their parents and other adults; and personal relationships.
