Stan Karp enables and empowers people to reach their dreams and goals more quickly. People move through "being stuck" to being in action. His clients have improved their wellbeing, their relationships, their business success, their spirituality, and their way of being. Their level of joy, satisfaction, and power increases.

Stan has managed people and projects for over 25 years in a high tech company. He is an expert at coaching people on working with others and being successful in completing projects. Stan’s education includes the year-long Accomplishment Coaching program, as well as degrees in math, computer science, and business.

Stan especially enjoys supporting people in their relationships. He and his wife, Cathy, have been married more than 30 years. They co-led marriage preparation groups for 15 years. Stan has participated in various men’s groups. He was active in Boy Scouts with his three sons as they journeyed to become Eagle Scouts. Stan is a mentor to high school students in the BUILD program that empowers youth from low-income communities to excel in the classroom by starting their own businesses and preparing to attend college.

Stan is an excellent listener and is able to see a broader perspective. He asks thought-provoking questions that give the client a new perspective on the situation. Stan adapts his coaching to the needs and processes of each person.
