Lisa Duggan finds her inspiration in coaching her clients to discover their hidden gifts and passions. She knows that every being has innate and unique talents and she delights in watching those unfold during the coaching process.

She knows this first-hand, as a medical doctor, entrepreneur, and mom. She practiced family medicine for 9 years in Seattle, treating patients compassionately and with integrity. She transitioned from clinical medicine and found her passion for entrepreneurship as she began her own business. She then graduated from Accomplishment Coaching Coach Training Program, and continues as a mentor coach in the Seattle Program.

Lisa is a Certified Physician Development Coach, and is committed to co-creating passion and leadership with her physician and executive clients. She knows that the coaching of hospital staff and healthcare leaders will be a crucial part of the transformation of American medicine. She has co-founded Healthcare Coaching Services with her colleague Alyse McConnell.

As a former 3rd grade teacher, Lisa also enjoys providing coaching to preschool teachers for their continuing education certificates.
