Barb McAllister, a life/business coach, brings energy, enthusiasm, and authenticity to her interactions with her clients. Barb particularly enjoys working with clients who want to become great leaders, and those who have experienced adversity, such as a health crisis or a personal setback. Barb enjoys one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching. In her coaching sessions, Barb inspires individuals and groups to focus on what's important in their lives, and to make shifts to bring about needed change. Barb provides a safe and confidential environment for clients to move forward with speed and power, and to confront whatever lies between them and their desired results. Clients should expect amazing breakthroughs in achieving what once seemed impossible.

Barb has her own business, Barbara F. McAllister, Coaching & Consulting. She has a keen understanding of, and love for, people and organizational life. Barb was a public servant for 26 years with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and held increasingly responsible management and leadership positions. Her last position at EPA was Director of Air Quality for the Northwest. Barb is also a breast cancer survivor who has written several articles on her journey through cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
