Marita Bolles is a coach and was co-leader of the Accomplishment Coaching Coaches Training Program in New York City for three years. Her work as a coach is focused on her client’s mindfulness and management of personal integrity as access to fulfillment. She works with individuals to define and bring voice to their passion and purpose—both inside and out of the workplace. She works creatively and non-linearly, and enables clients to expand into what is next even as they include what is currently present.

Marita is interested in reinvention on the personal and community level. She has worked with individuals and teams on project design and goal fulfillment. Clients experience her as being a loving and committed part of their process. They consistently produce measurable results that exceed their expectations, and frequently report that their lives are “unrecognizable” from when they began working with her.

Marita is a composer of modern music, and has a Ph.D. in music. She is an active composer and advocate for new music from her home in Chicago, Illinois.
