Jamie Sue is a Master Coach and past board member of the International Coaches Federation - Ohio Chapter. As the Managing Partner of J2 & Associates, she brings a wealth of diverse experience.

Jamie Sue's work experience covers over 28 years in many fields including: retail, health care, pharmaceutical, high tech, internet services, consulting, education and training. She has managed Call Centers and Systems Integration Teams, small businesses and departments in major corporations; she has performed outside and inside sales, corporate financial accounting and managed a $19 million budget. She has worked for 2 multi-national corporations, and one of the Big Five. She now owns her own consulting, coaching and training firm.

Jamie Sue learned early on that it isn't entirely the cash flow analysis or the facilities management or the information technology that makes or breaks businesses. It is the people, their leadership, their vision, and their commitment. So Jamie Sue has devoted much of her own time over the years to the study of human growth, transformation and development. She has studied under many leaders in the industry, including Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Landmark Education Corporation, Open View Institute, Franklin/Covey, The Everest Group, and EXCO. With a Bachelor's degree from Coe College of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she is undertaking her Masters in Human and Organizational Development. Life has also been her classroom.
