Christopher McAuliffe

Christopher McAuliffe holds the Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation. A professional coach since 1996, Christopher has produced unprecedented breakthrough results with a wide spectrum of clients across the country.

Christopher has a passionate commitment to the development of coaching as an honorable and honored profession. As a two-term past President of the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, Christopher has demonstrated a commitment to the development of Coaching as an ethical, strong profession, both self-regulating and offering consumer protection, credentialing and continuing education.

The host of the popular web radio show, “The Coaching Show,” on WSRadio.com since 2002, Christopher has had the pleasure of speaking with many of the thought leaders and key players of coaching. Christopher lives in San Diego, CA with his wife.

Rachel Parks

Rachel is passionate about supporting leaders to get from where they are to who they can be.

As a Professional Certified Coach, she has coached and developed business leadership across the United States, Canada, France and Japan and within multiple international organizations. Rachel has served as Vice-President of the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, speaks to groups on a variety of coaching-related topics and trains coaches as a senior leader of the Accomplishment Coaching Coaches' Training Program. Rachel also holds a Master’s degree in counseling psychology and previously directed large community based programs and developed counseling staff.

Kathy Fleming, PCC (Professional Certified Coach)

Kathy Fleming successfully completed her PCC with the ICF, and holds a Master’s degree in Humanities as well as Applied Behavioral Science. She is also a Master Certified NLP Practitioner. Kathy has provided professional coaching to clients across the United States and within multiple organizations including the State of Washington, San Diego County, Hewlett Packard and The Fontaine Group. Kathy, creates workshops on team building, and provides coaching for teams and the individuals on those teams. Kathy also trains others to be executive and life coaches in the Accomplishment Coaching Coaches' Training Program in San Diego and Seattle.

Tara Padua

As a Certified Professional Coach and Co-Leader of the Accomplishment Coaching Coaches' Training Program, Tara has successfully coached a diverse range of clients to personal and professional success. Working with small business owners and executives alike, Tara provides the necessary tools to create breakthroughs in their work and personal lives.

Throughout Tara's career, she has been recognized and respected for her compassionate leadership, remarkable effectiveness, and commitment to others. She is very active in her community, volunteering in multiple capacities and for a number of charities. She currently resides with her fiancé in Brooklyn, NY.

Jodi Jan Larson

Jodi Jan Larson, Master Certified Coach is a maverick in the profession of coaching bringing over 15 years of coaching and coach training experience to this leader team. Jodi has expressed her passion for generating exceptional leaders by training thousands of coaches to an extraordinary standard that defines the profession of coaching today.

Jodi has authored three text books that support the training of coaches globally. She is undaunted in her stand for the greatness of human beings and their fulfillment on creating all of what they are committed to in their personal and professional life.

Kerry Zurier

Kerry Zurier is an extraordinary coach, trainer and leader. Kerry’s love of coaching stems from her vast experience facilitating Executive Training programs in leadership, management, and business development for thousands of individuals, groups, and businesses in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia. While it was clear that training worked, it was the on going support of her clients that enabled them to achieve extraordinary results.

In 1981, Kerry earned her Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Conservation of Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley. She did graduate studies in Public Health at California State University, Northridge. She is a certified instructor for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the DISC Personal Profile.

Kerry currently resides in San Diego, California, with her two daughters, Morgan, 7, and Hannah, 5, and her two dogs and two cats. She loves travel, photography and scrapbooking, and spending lots of time playing with her children.

Denise Yamada, PCC

Denise Yamada is a Professional Certified Coach, credentialed through the International Coach Federation. A coach since 2002, Denise is a former broadcast journalist who earned 7 Emmy® Awards on both a local and national level. She now brings to her coaching and training the same level of professionalism and integrity she brought as a television journalist—and she delivers them with unyielding love and commitment. Denise’s clients consistently report that with her support, they are able to produce extraordinary results. Her clients include entrepreneurs, performing artists, CEOs, stay-at-home moms, philanthropists, real estate investors, other coaches, and always, people who want to lead more meaningful lives.
